Chief Accreditation Advisor (Full Time)
Are you a successful professional that wants to catapult your career to the national stage? CARF Canada requires a dynamic, strategic, results-driven health and human services marketing professional to head its accreditation business. This individual must have an entrepreneurial orientation with proven leadership skills and a passion for developing business, managing direct reports, and utilizing internal global resources in a collaborative manner. This position reports to the President/CEO of CARF International. Travel throughout Canada is required, with some occasional travel to Tucson, Arizona. We are offering an excellent career opportunity and a competitive compensation package will reflect incentives for securing account growth. This senior management position embodies a unique skill set, hence our recruitment efforts will be sustained until the right candidate is discovered. AS CCRC Resource Specialist (Full Time)
Are you interested in working with aging services providers to help them improve the quality of services they can deliver? Become part of the CARF team involved with accreditation and quality of aging services provider organizations and surveyors in all phases of the accreditation process including consultation, standards interpretation, and written communications. A degree and relevant experience is required. Bachelor’s degree related to the aging services field required plus 5 years of experience in the delivery of direct services. Knowledge of CARF and/or CCRC accreditation processes a plus. Competitive pay and excellent benefits. Position can be based in either Washington, DC or Tucson, AZ CARF offices.
