DESCRIPTION:This two-day institute guides participants through the steps to plan a program of outcomes management and quality improvement. Participants will learn the foundations of outcomes measurement\, selection of appropriate measures\, strategies for implementing a measurement program\, data analysis techniques\, and action planning. Upon completion\, participants will have the tools to design and implement a performance management system.
