This training will take place during five sessions of two hours each\, beginning Tuesday\, September 1\, 2026. \n\n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, September 1\, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ETTuesday\, September 8\, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ETWednesday\, September 16\, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ETTuesday\, September 22\, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ETTuesday\, September 29\, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET \n\n\n\n\n\nThese live online training sessions will include a comprehensive review of the standards that comprise the ASPIRE to Excellence® quality framework\, which reflects a logical and action-oriented approach to continuous quality improvement in business management and service delivery. An overview of the Rehabilitation and Service Process and program standards is also included\, with discussion of practical examples of conformance. Participants will have the opportunity to hear about examples and best practices for standards implementation and ask questions of training faculty. \n\n\n\n\n\nA standards manual is highly recommended for this training. DESCRIPTION:This two-day institute guides participants through the steps to plan a program of outcomes management and quality improvement.
