DESCRIPTION:This interactive two-day training session takes the mystery out of defining\, measuring\, and reporting the performance of your programs and services. Canada Advanced Performance Measurement is for organizations seeking first-time CARF accreditation or who are already accredited and want to strengthen and enhance their performance measurement and improvement systems. The training is recommended for senior managers\, program managers\, quality improvement coordinators\, and direct service providers who are involved in planning\, monitoring\, analyzing\, or reporting on organizational performance. Advanced Performance Measurement helps organizations apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to the CARF accreditation standards on performance measurement and performance improvement. \n\n\n\n\n\nTraining materials will be emailed to each registrant one week prior to the training event.
