This engaging two-day session provides a solid foundation for organizations preparing for CARF accreditation and is recommended for organizations new to CARF as well as staff new to the process or those wishing for an update on recent changes to the standards. Participants will gain valuable insight into the survey process, hearing perspectives from other participants who may include CARF-accredited service providers and surveyors, and learn how to navigate the challenges an organization might experience on its first survey.
Preparing for Successful Accreditation is a comprehensive and interactive educational session that provides a perfect forum for assimilating the ASPIRE to Excellence® quality framework and reflecting on how it supports effective business management and service delivery practices. A full review of the ASPIRE and overview of program standards is included, together with discussion of practical examples of conformance. Participants will have an opportunity to consult with training faculty one-on-one and learn some best practices for standards implementation. Particular emphasis is on areas where organizations or personnel new to CARF most often need guidance.
A standards manual is highly recommended for this training. Event attendees will receive a coupon code for a 15% discount on CARF publications after registering for this event. Please contact your designated resource specialist if you are unsure which standards manual to purchase.
Each registrant will receive training materials and a link to resources and sample documents via email, one week prior to the training event. For more information, click on the Training Material tab.
All presentations and materials are provided in English.
Surveyor registration is complimentary.
