*Rankings included a total of 440 facilities from 25 states with the highest number of addiction treatment centers, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The remaining states were grouped into four regions: Northeast, Midwest, West, and South. CARF reviewed the top five in each area to develop the list of organizations above.
